Crystal’s journey to healing and wellness

Crystal’s path in the natural healing industry began through the inspiration of her father, a dedicated nutritionist who devoted his life to helping patients feel their best. In 1999, she completed her reflexology training, followed by professional licensing in 2010. Over decades of running wellness facilities and caring for clients, Crystal learned the necessity of addressing the root causes of physical pain.

After overcoming her own journey with chronic fibromyalgia and fatigue, Crystal turned her personal healing experience into a renewed mission: offering personalized care, advanced red light modalities, and clean, natural pain supplements that truly work.

At Crystal Light Pain Relief and The Serenity Cottage, every client receives dedicated, one-on-one attention aimed at real, lasting physical comfort.
